Content for the BT2Online Professional Development is taken from the Birth Through Two Institutes. All content is research based and designed to be used as a professional development resource for all staff members in your Even Start program.

Though the content of the institute focuses on development of children ages birth through two, it is not meant only for early childhood educators. All members of your family literacy team are encouraged to participate in the provided professional development activities which stress the integration of all components in serving infants, toddlers and their parents.
The Birth Through Two is all about research --research that helps us know how to help Even Start families with infants’ and toddlers’ physical, language, and social-emotional development.
